Custom Sheet Metal Fabrication

Our Sheet Metal Department is equipped with:

• Amada Model Pega 357 CNC Turret Punch w/ Fanuc 04 P control.  Capable of punching up to 1/4" steel

• Guifil model PE30-100R Hydraulic Press Brake - 3 axis, NC Back gauges, 10ft, 100 ton.

• ACCUPRESS Brake 12 ft 175 ton

• ACCUPRESS Hydraulic Shear 1/4" capacity, automatic back gauge, 10ft long.

• Time Saver 37" Wet Deburring Machine.

• 6 Ton Pemserter Press.

Brackets, Boxes, Shims, Strikes, Underplates, Reinforcements - made out of .... Stainless Steel, carbon plate and sheet, High Strength sheet and plate, aluminum ....

You design it, we will shear, punch and form it!

Powder coating, anodizing and plating or Heat Treating is also available upon request.

Before your parts are shipped they are inspected by our Quality Control team.  Our Inspection equipment is calibrated to ensure accurate results!
